Breaking Out of the Cycles Holding You Back
Life doesn’t always go according to plan. Between everyday pressures, unexpected hurdles, and internal struggles, it’s easy to feel weighed down, exhausted, and completely static.
You might know exactly where you want to be in life, but an invisible weight seems to drag you back every time you start making progress. You make a plan, try again, and hope for a clean slate, only to find yourself caught in the same familiar patterns. Over time, dealing with persistent anxiety, low mood, or self-defeating habits can make you feel like you’re running on empty.
It’s completely normal to wonder, “Why does it feel like everyone else is moving forward while I’m staying in place?”
You Have the Power to Reclaim Your Direction
Feeling stuck isn’t a permanent condition—it’s a signal that something in your life needs attention, care, and a new approach.
No one should have to navigate those deep ruts alone. With the right perspective, practical strategies, and a space where you can speak openly, you can quiet the noise, process the weight you’ve been carrying, and build healthier ways to handle life’s demands.
Real change is entirely within reach. Working together, we can lay a foundation that helps you move past old hurdles and build momentum toward a life that feels meaningful and grounded.
A Grounded, Collaborative Approach to Therapy
I know what it means to face tough seasons, endure frustration, and do the hard work required to rebuild. Reaching out for help takes genuine courage, and stepping into a therapist’s office is a huge first step.
As a clinician, I see every person as an individual with a unique story, set of strengths, and lived experiences. My role isn’t to judge where you’ve been, but to provide a supportive, honest, and direct environment where you can show up as you are.
In our sessions, you can expect a collaborative partnership focused on helping you gain clarity, develop practical tools, and release the patterns keeping you in place. We will work side-by-side to translate your goals into tangible, everyday progress so you can regain control and confidence.

I earned my Bachelor’s Degree from Colorado State University and my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University. My professional path includes years of dedication to helping individuals navigate complex emotional landscapes, life transitions, and behavioral patterns.
Outside of my clinical work, I believe in maintaining balance, staying grounded, and making time for personal growth. You’ll often find me spending time outdoors, diving into continuous learning and reading, staying active, and enjoying quality moments with family.
